Thursday 17 April - Thursday 8 May 2014
Gallery at the Chipping Norton Theatre

Landscape has been at the heart of poetry in English. This exhibition couples stunning images of the places around the world that inspired this literary heritage, displayed alongside the poems. The photographs stand alone as outstanding images, but they also give an insight into the poetic mind and the relationship between authorship and place.

You are also warmly invited to the talk about one of the poems featuring in the exhibition, Wordsworth’s Lines Composed a Few Miles above Tintern Abbey at 1.30pm on Saturday 26 April 2014. More details...
